Minis Terrios is a small family winery from the Republic of Moldova, founded in 2013 by Dan and Diana Prisăcaru - graduates of a Master's programme in winemaking in Dijon, Burgundy, France. The project began spontaneously, conceived as a sketch on a napkin, and through the enthusiasm and relentless work of its founders grew into an authentic winery with a strong and distinctive identity.
The brand's philosophy is simple and consistent: the quality of wine begins in the vineyard. Grapes are selected with great care, sourced from a single plot - which is precisely what the name "Minis Terrios" means: small plots of land with a strong character. The winery owns its own vineyards: 5.45 hectares planted with Chardonnay, Fetească Regală, and Fetească Neagră in Criuleni district, where conditions are ideal for white varieties, and 5 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc in Haragâș village, Cantemir district, in the Valul lui Traian zone.
The Minis Terrios collection features wines with character and story: Roșu Împărat, Negru Împărat, Harap Alb - a white wine produced from red grapes using white winemaking technology - as well as original Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blends. Wines are produced in small batches of up to 20,000 bottles per year and are exported to Japan and Denmark, reflecting the international recognition of this Moldovan artisan brand.
