Exchange and Return Policy
General provisions
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, food products (including alcoholic beverages) of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange. This requirement is established by Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on Consumer Protection. However, we carefully review each request and are ready to accept a return or process an exchange if the reason is related to inadequate product quality, a manufacturing defect, or damage to the excise stamp.
In which cases returns are accepted
✓ Returns are accepted
• Product damaged during delivery (broken bottle, damaged packaging)
• Manufacturing defect detected (improper sealing, unusual sediment)
• Wrong product delivered — order fulfillment error
• Expired product at the time of delivery
✕ Returns are not accepted
• Proper quality product — customer simply changed their mind
• Bottle has been opened or partially used
• Product has lost its commercial appearance due to the customer’s fault
• More than 24 hours have passed since receipt without a complaint
• No order confirmation or receipt available
• Other cases provided for by law
How to request a return or exchange
1. Contact us on the day of receipt
Have an issue? Please inform us as soon as possible — preferably on the day you receive your order. Call us or send a written notification.
2. Describe the issue and attach photos
Provide the manager with your order number, describe the issue, and, if possible, attach photos of the product and packaging. This will speed up the review process.
3. Review within 24 hours
Our manager will contact you, clarify the details, and propose a solution: exchange for a similar product or a refund.
4. Product return and refund
If the issue is confirmed, the client may proceed with an exchange or refund at the following address: Chișinău MD, Strada Columna 170, MD-2004. Exchanges are accepted Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take 3 to 15 business days.
Please check your order upon receipt
We kindly ask you to inspect the product in the presence of the courier: check the bottle integrity, seal condition, and order conformity. If any issues are found, please inform the courier immediately. Claims regarding visible damage or discrepancies are accepted only at the moment of delivery.
