Vinăria Nobilă - Discover Artisan Wines from the Heart of Moldova
Vinăria Nobilă was born from a personal conviction. Founder Oleg Boboc, after studying winemaking in California and Oregon, returned to Moldova with a clear idea: to produce little, but truly well. In 2004 he planted the first vines in the village of Olănești, in the Ștefan Vodă microzone - a southern terroir with rich soil and a warm climate that produces wines of genuine character. Annual production does not exceed a few thousand bottles, making every wine a truly limited release.
Vinăria Nobilă focuses on red varieties - both international and indigenous Moldovan. The wines stand out for their dense structure, well-integrated tannins, and high ageing potential. The Matur Rezerva series represents the top of the collection: wines with extended oak maturation, remarkable in depth and complexity. Sinodrea, the winery's flagship cuvée, is its most celebrated wine - an authentic expression of the Olănești terroir, recognised by wine lovers both in Moldova and beyond.
